How We Investigate a Supplier

We use the same evidence hierarchy for every supplier.

What to look for

We start with the supplier's current testing library and policies, then look for laboratory-verifiable records, corporate/business information, independent reviews, complaint patterns, and contradictory claims.

Why it matters

We label vendor claims as vendor claims, customer allegations as reports, and independently confirmed records as verified evidence. Scores can rise or fall when new evidence appears.

Educational material only. A COA is evidence about a tested sample and does not by itself establish regulatory approval or suitability for human use.
