Editorial Policy

Our operating principle is simple: trust, but verify. Supplier claims begin an investigation; they do not end it.

Evidence before hype

We prioritize independently verifiable laboratory reports, batch and lot traceability, primary business records, and documented patterns over marketing language. Customer experiences can identify patterns and service issues, but anecdotes are not treated as laboratory findings.

Corrections and updates

Rankings and supplier profiles are living editorial assessments. New evidence can raise or lower a score. Material corrections and ranking changes should be recorded in the public change log.

New suppliers

A newly added supplier may be labeled Under Review without an initial score. A supplier earns a review before it earns a rank.
