Start with the product name, lot or batch number, report number, test date, laboratory, and analytical methods. Then separate identity, purity, and quantitative content—they answer different questions.
A high HPLC purity percentage does not by itself establish exact content, sterility, endotoxin level, or chain of custody. Look for direct lab verification when available.
