Why Batch Numbers Matter
Traceability connects the laboratory report to the material in front of you.
What to look for
Before interpreting a result, compare the batch or lot on the vial with the batch or lot on the certificate. Also compare product name, formulation, test date, and report identifier.
Why it matters
A genuine laboratory report for a different batch is evidence about that tested batch—not automatically about later inventory.
